Dear Kate:
Just a quick reply to your letter about the Women's Center.

I didn't, as you notice, attend your Executive Comittee
meeting today. I know you will let me know how the New York Public
Library visit and the exhibits, including the Overbury and Holden
ones come out.

I am glad you are working with the Undergraduate Association
and think you might well do a program in the Spring for them.
Don't let Jenny Bremer influence you too much here, since she has
gotten herself in a very awkward position with the black students.
They are better off than she thinks they are, but there are still
problems.

I am glad you are meeting with Jane Moorman, Hariette Mogul
and Jenny Bremer on the question of abortion counseling. I do
think we ought to use the resources of the city instead of putting
our money into this, except as we do it through the Health Service,
but if you present a different kind of proposal I will certainly
listen to that.

Thank you so much for all you are doing.

Cordially,

I ,/
